You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods/the last goods (in the case of partial deliveries). To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, the Company N.Aliment Central sàrl, 6 um Mierscherbierg, L-7526 Mersch / Luxembourg of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. Simply returning the goods is not sufficient. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation on a durable medium.
