Delivery restrictions

Please note that we only accept orders in this online shop if the delivery is made after Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands or Austria takes place.

Deliveries to other countries are only by prior, separate arrangement possible. Please contact us by e-mail at info@horse-nutrition.com or by telephone at +35 (0) 26 21 90 46 10. We will then check individually whether delivery to your desired address outside our standard delivery area is possible and, if necessary, inform you about Shipping time and Delivery costs.

Shipping costs

Net shipping costs per order (calculated from gross prices):

  • Belgium (BE): 5,99 € incl. 6% → 5,65 € net
  • Netherlands (NL): 7,99 € incl. 21% → 6,60 € net
  • Luxembourg (LU): 6,99 € incl. 3% → 6,79 € net
  • Germany (DE): 8,99 € incl. 7% → 8,40 € net
  • France (FR): 10,99 € incl. 20% → 9,16 € net
  • Austria (AT): 13,99 € incl. 13% → 12,38 € net

From an order value of €150 we deliver free of charge.

Heavy articles: For articles with a weight of more than 15 kg we calculate per 30 kg or part thereof additional again the respective shipping costs of the country of delivery.

Should it be necessary for logistical reasons to split your order into several consignments, the following costs will be incurred Follow-up deliveries no additional shipping costs. The shipping costs are calculated in the shopping basket before the order is completed and shown separately on the invoice.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery is by parcel service only on working days. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch confirmation.

The delivery time may depend on the information on the respective product - otherwise it is usually 5-7 working days.

  • For payment by Prepayment the delivery period begins on Day after receipt of the transfer.
  • For all other payment methods, the delivery period begins on Day after conclusion of contract.

If the end of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in the country of delivery, the delivery date is postponed to the next working day.
