Ginger root

Withania Somnifera (Ashwagandha)

Adaptogen that reduces stress and supports muscle regeneration, thereby strengthening the resistance of tendons and ligaments.

Tinospora Cordifolia

Supports the immune system, helps to reduce inflammation and promotes the regeneration of connective tissue.

Glycyrrhiza Glabra (liquorice)

Has anti-inflammatory properties and helps to improve circulation and support joint health.

Vitex Negundo

It is recommended to start with 15 g twice a day for the first 5 days.

After that, 15 g per day can be used for longer periods of time.

Elastin can be fed with the daily ration or in a mash.
