Der Konditionserhalt ist bei manchen Pferden schwierig. Sie verlieren schnell an Gewicht und Muskulatur. Ohne genügend Raufutter in guter Qualität ist eine Erhöhung der Kraftfutterration allein meist nicht zielführend.
