You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods/the last goods (in the case of partial deliveries). To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, the Company N.Aliment Central sàrl, 6 um Mierscherbierg, L-7526 Mersch / Luxembourg of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. Simply returning the goods is not sufficient. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium.
