Delivery limitations

Please note that we only accept orders in this online shop if delivery is to Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, to the Netherlands or Austria takes place.

Deliveries to other countries are only after prior, separate consultation possible. Please contact us by email at info@horse-nutrition.com or by telephone on +352 621 904 610. We will then check individually whether delivery to your desired address outside our standard delivery area is possible and will inform you if necessary about Delivery time and Delivery costs.

Shipping costs

Net shipping costs per order (calculated from gross prices):

  • Belgium (BE): €5.99 incl. 6% → £5.65 net
  • Netherlands (NL): €7.99 incl. VAT → £6.60 net
  • Luxembourg (LU): €6.99 incl. 3% → £6.79 net
  • Germany (DE): €8.99 incl. 7% → £8.40 net
  • France (FR) €10.99 incl. 20% → £9.16 net
  • Austria (AT) €13.99 incl. 13% → 12.38 € net

We offer free delivery on orders over €150.

Heavy items For items weighing more than 15 kg let's calculate just begun 30 kg additionally the respective shipping costs for the country of delivery again.

Should it be necessary for logistical reasons to split your order into multiple shipments, there will be no extra charge for No additional shipping costs for subsequent deliveries. Shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping basket before completing the order and shown separately on the invoice.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery will be made by parcel service. only on working days. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping confirmation.

The delivery time depends on the information provided for the respective product, if applicable – otherwise, it is generally 5–7 working days.

  • Upon payment by Advance payment does the delivery period begin on Day after receipt of transfer.
  • For all other payment methods, the delivery period begins on Day after contract conclusion.
