Why can't I see all payment methods?
Some payment methods are only available in certain countries or require compatible devices or browsers (e.g. Apple Pay). In addition, payment providers can hide individual methods depending on the shopping basket or a check. The selection in the checkout is always decisive.
I have paid but have not received a confirmation - what can I do?
